If you are not 100% satisfied with the performance of your UnderCover Sheep™ garment, please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss the issue. We will replace your garment within 6 months of purchase if it has been damaged due to faulty fabric, stitching or manufacturing - not due to misuse or neglect. Please return your garment as soon as possible so we can assess its condition and send you a replacement.

If you are not happy with your ‘UnderCover Sheep™’ garment, please notify us immediately. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on masks as this is a hygiene related product. If the mask is faulty please email us and we will contact you and organise a full replacement of product. All returns must be made within 15 working days of sent product for New Zealand customers and 20 working days for international customers.
